The Team
Kim was handed the reins of the Boston Chapter of the University of Alabama Alumni Association when a previous president had to vacate due to personal reasons. Under her guidance the chapter has rebranded, moved to their new and permanent home at Dillon’s, brought yellowhammers to Boston, helped “Bama in Boston” merch go live, and is undertaking steps to capitalize on new growth opportunities. You can find Kim anxiously pacing at watch parties no matter how big our lead is, and always singing the fight song at the top of her lungs!

Brandon has been an ever present face at Bama in Boston events, prior to becoming VP. Quickly jumping in to help Kim, the dynamic duo brought back watch parties after the covid draught. Brandon is our tech expert, whether it’s the website or the ever-mysterious aux cord. Spot him running across the bar during commercial breaks to cue up the music.

Grace joined the team officially in 2023, after attending events since 2021. She graduated with a Bachelors in Communicative Disorders. She moved to Boston for her Masters in Speech Language Pathology. While initially attending our watch parties solo, she quickly found community within our alumni network. Grace serves as our Social Chair. She additionally assists with marketing, creating graphics for our socials and the broader SEC in Boston group. You will find Grace popping between the tables, getting to meet our members, or standing on a barstool taking pictures.

Connor has always been a frequent face at Bama in Boston events, with his wife, Jacqui. Originally from the South Shore, Connor moved back to MA after graduation. Connor is a proud alum of the Capstone, where he has many fond memories: falling in love with his wife, rescuing his dog (shoutout TMAS), and witnessing two national championships. Connor eagerly stepped up to fill our role of treasurer after Alex’s leaving, and we are so happy to have him part of the team!

A native of Baton Rouge, LA, she relocated to Boston in January 2019. She began her Boston journey with Boston Public Schools before joining DraftKings, where she now serves as a Fantasy Sports Operations Manager. Since 2020, she and her husband (Bama in Boston’s Treasurer) have lived in Dorchester with their rescue dog, adopted in T-Town! The couple married in October 2022. As an alumna of the Capstone, she made lifelong friends, adopted the best dog, witnessed four incredible football runs by Nick Saban, and met the love of her life. In her role as Secretary of Bama in Boston, she is eager to expand the organization’s presence across Greater Boston and engage fellow alumni year-round, not just during football season.

Denny, named after the “Denny” in Alabama’s Bryant-Denny Stadium, was immediately thrust into fandom the day he first met his mom, Kim. Half human-half bernedoodle, you may see Denny at Dillon’s for some of Alabama’s less populated day games. Denny loves Alabama football, handshakes, and belly rubs. He is the unofficial mascot of Bama in Boston—but don’t tell him that! He’s all Bama all the way!
